Claire, I only met you a couple of times when you came to collect Ellie from work but I thought you were so lovely and such a caring Mum. That’s why Ellie is the wonderful person she is now. I will always be there for her, I’ll support her and help her through the hard times. Nothing will replace you but there are lots of people who will look after your family now that you have gone.
